Width in inches equals pixel width divided by DPI. Height in inches equals pixel height divided by DPI. The same formula works for centimeters after converting inches to centimeters.

300 DPI print size is calculated by dividing image pixels by 300 in each direction. A 3000 by 2400 pixel image can print about 10 by 8 inches at 300 DPI.
